Caring Homes serves individuals living throughout Arapahoe and Douglas Counties through the Developmental Pathways CCB, Denver County through Rocky Mountain Human Services, Adams County through North Metro Community Services, and Jefferson County through the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center.
Caring Homes LLC will ensure that each person can lead and design their own person-centered plan intended to maximize independence and maintain health and safety. Services and supports will vary according to the person’s own plan and support needs, but will always include:
